John C. Webb // Managing Attorney
John C. Webb provides professional legal representation in matters pertaining to Corporate & Business Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Taxation, Energy, and Sports Law.
In practice, Mr. Webb litigates cases in Florida state courts, at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in Federal court and in disputes brought before administrative forums. Mr. Webb provides strategically-targeted representation in matters relating to the formation, governance, operation, and cessation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and offers counsel to clients concerning the tax planning and structure of these entities. Additionally, he provides assistance to businesses and individuals in commercial litigation matters, as well as in construction disputes, real estate and financial matters, and in foreclosure and garnishment proceedings.
Through his leadership and vision, Mr. Webb has sought to establish John Webb Legal a client-centric firm, with the mission of providing clients exceptional service and focused representation that is collaborative in spirit and developed though a deep understanding of each client’s needs and objectives.

Mr. Webb is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Webb serves on the Executive Counsel for the Lee County Bar Association, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Northwestern University Alumni Association, NU Club of Greater Naples, and serves on the Northwestern University School of Law Tax Program Alumni Committee. Mr. Webb is also a member of the Calusa Inn of Court and BNI (Business Network International).
Mr. Webb has been honored with selection to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars List in 2016 and 2017, which is a distinction reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice and for which only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida are recognized. Mr. Webb has also been honored with Florida Rural Legal Services’ “Pro Bono Recognition Award” in 2011 and 2016, and has been recognized for his commitment to the Volunteer Income Taxpayer Assistance (“VITA”) Program, where he dedicated over 200 hours of pro bono service.
Bradley E. Ibach // Associate Attorney
Bradley E. Ibach provides professional legal representation to the same Southwest Florida community where he was born and raised. Mr. Ibach started working in the legal field as a file clerk in Fort Myers–before he even graduated with his International Baccalaureate Diploma from Fort Myers High School.
While in law school, Mr. Ibach pursued a wide range of challenging topics while actively engaging in the community he would later serve. He was twice accepted as a judicial intern for 20th Judicial Circuit, where he worked alongside numerous Lee County Judges. Additionally, he was accepted and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney’s Office for the Eighth Judicial Circuit in Gainesville, Florida.
Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Ibach began his legal career working as an Associate Attorney for John Webb Legal Group, P.L. where Mr. Ibach is dedicated to providing our community with the sort of professionalism and individual representation that can only be achieved by a local firm who can cater to the unique needs of the residents of Southwest Florida.
