FORT MYERS, Florida, 1/8/2019 — Our attorney John Webb, as incoming President of the Lee County Bar Association, was featured in the January, 2019, edition of the Res Gestae publication, laying out his vision for the LCBA and its upcoming year.  Mr. Webb will officially be inducted as President of the Lee County Bar Association at its Membership Luncheon on January 18, 2019, which will be held at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in downtown Fort Myers.

Established in 1949, the Lee County Bar Association was formed as a voluntary organization of attorneys living and working in Lee County, Florida. Since its founding, the membership has grown to nearly 800, and includes attorneys in adjacent counties whose clients have business and court issues in Lee County. The purpose of the organization is to further the education of its members, create meaningful interaction among its members, and to inform the community on important legal matters.

Along with its expansion in size, the Lee County Bar Association has worked tirelessly to anticipate its members’ changing needs in terms of technology, continuing education, practice area specialization, networking and social opportunities. Additionally, the organization facilitates pro bono opportunities and member-driven community service projects.

The January, 2019, edition of the Res Gestae publication can be found here.  Mr. Webb’s featured article is at pages 20-22.
