PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
John C. Webb provides professional legal representation in Business Litigation, Corporate & Business Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Taxation, and Sports Law matters.
In practice, Mr. Webb litigates cases in Florida state courts, at both the trial and appellate level, as well as in Federal court, in arbitration proceedings and in disputes brought before administrative forums. Mr. Webb provides strategically-targeted representation in matters relating to the formation, governance, operation, and cessation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, and offers counsel to clients concerning the tax planning and structure of these entities. Additionally, he provides assistance to businesses and individuals in commercial and civil litigation matters, as well as in construction disputes, real estate and financial matters, and in foreclosure and garnishment proceedings.
Through his leadership and vision, Mr. Webb has sought to establish John Webb Legal a client-centric firm, with the mission of providing clients exceptional service and focused representation that is collaborative in spirit and developed through a deep understanding of each client’s needs and objectives.

HONORS AND AWARDS
Mr. Webb has been named to the 2022 Florida Super Lawyers List, a distinction for which no more than 5% of attorneys in Florida are recognized. Previously, Mr. Webb was named to the Florida Rising Stars List in each year from 2016 through 2021. In 2019, Mr. Webb was honored with Florida Rural Legal Services’ distinguished “Pro Bono Publico” Award for his outstanding leadership as President of the Lee County Bar Association and his ongoing commitment to increasing access to Justice for All. Mr. Webb was also previously honored by Florida Rural Legal Services in 2011 and 2016 with the “Pro Bono Recognition” Award, and has been recognized for his commitment to the Volunteer Income Taxpayer Assistance (“VITA”) Program, where he dedicated over 200 hours of pro bono service.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Webb is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Webb is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Aviation Law Committee and the Governmental & Public Policy Advocacy Committee.
Mr. Webb currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lee County Bar Association Foundation, a Section 501(c)(3) organization established in 2016 with the purpose of providing for the establishment of scholarships, encouraging and promoting education and community awareness of the law, promoting the provision of legal aid to the indigent, and supporting and participating in charitable endeavors benefitting youth and/or underprivileged populations in Southwest Florida, and was the Foundation’s first Treasurer. Also, Mr. Webb currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwestern University Alumni Association, NU Club of Greater Naples, and serves on the Board of Directors for Florida Rural Legal Services, whose mission is to empower low income individuals, groups, and communities by providing them with access to justice through legal advice, representation, and advocacy. Mr. Webb is a member of the Calusa Inns of Court and is a member of the Northwestern University School of Law Tax Program Alumni Committee.
Mr. Webb has previously served on the Executive Counsel for the Lee County Bar Association, during which time he held the office of President (2019), Vice President / President-elect (2018), Secretary (2017), and Treasurer (2016).
